こちらのフォーラムでは、みなさまのフィードバックを受け付けております。

まずは、他の方の要望を探していただき、同じものがあれば投票やコメントしていただけると助かります。
同じものがない場合は、要望など気軽に書き込んでください。

投稿のタイトルは、タイトルだけである程度内容が分かるようなものにして頂けると、
他の方が検索で同じ要望を見つけやすくなりますので、同じ要望を持つ方の投票も集まりやすくなります。

  1. 本を整理したい

    今、本が600冊ほどあります。
    ジャンルごとに本を整理したいのですが、現状の本棚作成機能だけですと、
    すべての本をある特定のジャンルに振り分けたかどうかが確認できません。

    ですので、下記の機能などは不可能でしょうか？

    １．
    作成した本棚から、別の作成した本棚への移動ができるようにしてほしい。
    そうすれば、まずはすべての本を仮の本棚にいったんコピーして、
    そこから、実際の本棚整理のように、好きな本棚に本を移動できるので、判別がしやすいです。

    ２．
    または、本ごとにタグをつけることはできないでしょうか？
    タグがつけられれば、検索で、本をジャンルごとに分けられて助かります。

  2. BOOKSCAN Reader のアップデートによる不具合

    本のスキャンが完了したとこから、iPADでのBookscan Reader への本の読み込みができません。アップデートされる前は問題なく作業できていましたが、その方法がわかりませんので、教えてください。

  3. iOSアプリ

    アップデートされてからも使いにくいままです。
    改善お願いします。思いつくものを挙げておきます。
    ・ダウンロードした本をフォルダ分け、表示順の入れ替え
    ・アプリを開いたら、特定のチューニングされた本を自動でダウンロードする設定
    ・マイ本棚で「すべて」の設定にした際にダウンロード済みなのかぎわかりにくい

  4. 申込時にページを数えるのが手間

    350ページを超える毎にプラス1冊分カウントするのが煩雑です。
    数冊の依頼なら数えられますが、数が多い場合は冊数の入力だけで申込できるようにお願いしたいです。

  5. マイ本棚についての希望

    お世話になっております。
    マイ本棚は大変見やすくデザインも選べてありがたいのですが、いろいろな本のジャンルを分類するため、図書館や本屋さんの棚のように、本と本の間にはさんである分類カード？のような役割のもの、もしくはフォルダのようなもので、ジャンル分けできる機能があればすごくうれしいです。
    ご検討いただければ幸いです。

  6. データ容量を決められるようにしてほしいです。

    KindleにPDFデータとして保存する際、50MBの容量を超えると容量が大きすぎて保存できません。
    データ容量を決められるようになると嬉しいです。

  8. 縦書きの本のテキスト化

    　お世話になっております。
    当方、目の難病の視覚障がい者で
    読み書きが非常に苦しく
    数年前から徹底的な整理整頓と断捨離を実施しております。

    　本棚も順次デジタル化したいと思い
    御社にお世話になろうかと検討中です。

    　つきましては質問が有ります。
    ・縦書きの本は上手く文字変換出来ますでしょうか？

    　現在、WEB記事やnewsをコピーして
    HOYAの「詠太」(JUST SYSTEM 一太郎の付属機能)にペーストし
    読み上げてもらっています。

    　横書きは何ら問題ありませんが
    縦書きは上手くいかないことが多いです。

    　Windowsのテキストメモ帳に一旦貼り付けて仲介すると
    上手くいく事も有ります。

    　「完璧」や「保証」を求めていませんが
    大体の成功確率をお教え頂ければ大変有り難く存じます。

    追伸:視覚障がいの為、このメールを認めるのもかなり難儀しております。
    障がい者への「合理的配慮」の観点から
    私の案件に限り、お電話での問い合わせを受けて頂けませんでしょうか？

  9. 加除式の書籍のブックスキャン

    加除式の本は、裁断が難しいということで、スキャンの対象外となっておりますが、
    実際には、バインダーをはずすだけで、ご負担なくスキャン作業ができるかと思います。
    （加除式の本は、紙の状態がよく、お負担にならないと思ってます）

  10. ダウンロードについて

    どこまでダウンロードしたかたが分かりにくいので、最初に番号を振って欲しい。それか、訪問済みのリンクの色を変える工夫をして欲しい。タグを少し変えるだけでできるので。
    もしかすると、プレミアム会員に移行させるためにあえて不便にしているのかもしれないが、さすがにユーザビリティが低すぎて、その前にこのサービスそのものからの離脱を招くレベルだと思う。

    ダウンロード未・済を分かるようにして欲しい。
    色５つごとに白、灰色、薄黄色などと分けるなどの色分けの工夫をして見やすくしてほしい。
    大量にある場合、どこまでダウンロードしたかが分かりにくい。

  12. チューニングを依頼した後に取り消しができる機能があると便利

    誤って同じ書籍を2度チューニング依頼してしまうことが何度かありました。依頼中の画面から取り消しができると良いと思います。

    プレミアム会員に加入したばかりですが、スキャンしたい本がまだ大量にあるため50冊/月では足りない状況です。
    50冊を超えるコースの設定、もしくは越えた場合のオプションの設定をお願いします。
    例：
    　①月100冊まで、○○円/月
    　②月50冊を超えた場合、○○円で月○○冊のスキャンを可能とする追加オプション　等

  18. 自動チューニングについて

    現在自動チューニングは一冊ずつの選択ですが、これを複数同時に選択できるようにして欲しいです。
    それかスキャンした本は最初からアプリとリンク出来るようにして、宅ファイルなどでデータを全て送信もしくはWebサイトから全てをダウンロードできるようにして欲しいです
