こちらのフォーラムでは、みなさまのフィードバックを受け付けております。

まずは、他の方の要望を探していただき、同じものがあれば投票やコメントしていただけると助かります。
同じものがない場合は、要望など気軽に書き込んでください。

投稿のタイトルは、タイトルだけである程度内容が分かるようなものにして頂けると、
他の方が検索で同じ要望を見つけやすくなりますので、同じ要望を持つ方の投票も集まりやすくなります。

  1. WebReaderで今すぐ読めるようにして欲しい

    本棚から本を選択して「今すぐ読む」ボタンを押してもWebReader の読み込み x分と言われてしまいすぐには読めない。
    1. WebReaderの読み込み処理をあらかじめやっておいて頂くか、
    2. ページ毎のアクセスでWeb読み込みできるように
    して頂けると、読む時にはすぐにアクセスしたいものでも紙よりBookScan がいい！になりそうです。

    PCでBOOKSCAN とは別の作業をしながら、
    裏で読み上げを動かしておき、
    気になる内容が聞こえた時に、
    実際のページに素早くアクセスして閲覧したいです。

    アプリでも本棚機能がほしいです。
    せっかくWEBで本棚で分けても

  6. アプリからアクセス

    ブックスキャンのリーダーから、クラウドにアクセスできるようにして欲しい（kindleのように）。いちいちチューニングしたりダウンロードしてから読むというのが手間なので。

  8. HPをもっとわかりやすく

    各種料金や注文から電子化までの流れ、細かいルールなどがいろんなとこにバラバラに書かれていてよくわからない。そもそも書かれていない場合もある。(プレミアム会員が月50冊を超過した場合具体的にどうなるのかとか)
    一箇所にまとめて、特に料金関連(保管料とか発生しうるものを全てを詳細に)、発注から電子化までの流れ(プレミアム会員の発注方法とか)、よくある質問とかは一目でわかるようにしてほしい。

    医療系の本を扱う際に300dpiではややアラが目立つことがあり400dpiのオプションがあると助かります。

  13. 依頼の削除、または変更機能

    依頼後、支払前の段階で依頼内容変更の必要が生じたのですが、
    削除か変更の機能が無かったため、
    追加で2件依頼し、後に依頼した分として支払いを行いました。

    ところが、最初の依頼の方が自動的に清算扱いになってしまい、進退窮まる状況となっております。

    こちらの都合で誠に恐縮ですが
    依頼内容の変更or削除機能を設けるか、任意で清算扱いにする依頼を決められる様に仕様を変更して頂く等の対処をお願いいたします。

    引っ越しのためにアカウントを２つもって大量にスキャンしていただきました。管理の段階に入ると、アカウントはひとつのほうが検索に便利で読書アプリも使いやすいです。ひとつに統合していただけませんでしょうか？

  16. 利用冊数が月の上限に満たない場合の繰り越し

    利用冊数が月の上限に満たない場合に、利用可能冊数を翌月に繰り越しができるようにしてほしい。
    最大10刷までなど、ある程度の上限を定めても良いと思います。

  18. 書籍へのメタデータ追加機能(タグづけ、感想、メモなど)

    書籍が大量になってくると、書籍の分類や、読んだときの感想、メモなどの管理が大変になってきます。書籍詳細ページでタグやメモのようなメタデータを追加・編集できるようにし、このメタデータを検索して絞込できるようにしてほしいです。

  19. マイページの名前変更を、利用者自身でできるようになれば 便利と考えます。
